La ternura is an exploration of vulnerability, a recreation of somatic landscapes and fluids. The movement and visual aspects of the performance are inspired by the linfatic system.
The linfatic system is a complete circulatory system that runs through the whole body, parallel to the bloodstream. It has a passive rhythm, its movement relying on the cardiovascular pulse.
This video piece was produced in Berlin during lockdown, amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
